Local Market Insight Reports
Local Market Insight is a report that examines Active Listings, New Listings, New Contracts and Closed Sales at the MLS, Region, City and Zip Code levels. In rbiBASIC, Local Market Insight is only available for All Properties. It also looks at Median Sold Price and Average Sold Price, as well as Average Days on Market (Avg DOM) and Average Sold to Original List Price Ratio (Avg Sold to OLP Ratio).

Detailed Reports show monthly market statistics for rbiBASIC subscribers at all levels on the GEO jump bar: MLS wide, Region, City and ZIP Code. Detailed Reports provide a Sold Summary, Sold Detail per price ranges, Inventory , Financing (Sold) and a breakdown of Days on Market counts.

Static charts at the MLS level are available for closed Sales, New Contracts, New Contracts vs. Closed Sales, Average and Median Sold Prices, Average Day on Market and Active Listings.
